The space
Step inside a 40-foot container with ceilings over eight feet high. A queen bed, sofa and TV area, kitchenette, and dedicated desk make room for sleeping in, working remotely, or unwinding after a night out in Athens. Double glass patio doors open onto your own deck and fenced yard, lit by solar lights after dark.

Cancellation policy
More than 30 days before check-in: refund of everything you paid, minus the card processing fee (2.9% + 30¢ of the total, charged by our payment processor and not returned to us; about $10 on a $340 stay).
30 days or less before check-in: no refund. This includes bookings made within 30 days of arrival.
If we have to cancel, you get a full refund, including the processing fee.
Disputes: please contact us first about any charge. If you dispute a valid charge with your bank or card issuer instead, you agree to reimburse the $15 dispute fee. We're not responsible for fees charged by your bank or card issuer.

Neighborhood & visitors
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please keep outdoor noise down.
- No parties or events. Additional visitors need advance permission.
- Use your private outdoor area for relaxing and phone calls. The shared driveway is for arriving and leaving.
Parking
Two designated off-street spaces. Follow the parking instructions sent before arrival. No street parking.
Bringing your dog
Dogs must be added to the reservation. A $33 pet fee applies per stay, for up to two dogs. No cats.
- Dogs must be crated when left unattended.
- Keep dogs leashed outside your private fenced area, including in the shared driveway and neighborhood.
- Pick up waste using the provided bags and dispose of it in the outdoor trash cans.
- Please clean up pet accidents promptly. Guests are responsible for damage caused by their pets.
Smoking & safety
No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside. Smoking is permitted outside in the designated patio area with the ashtray. The supplied house rules specify a $100 charge for smoking inside.
Two exterior cameras face the shared driveway and parking area. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are listed, along with a fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
